INTRODUCTION
In my constant search for the root causes of dementia, this topic deserves a deep dive. Time to “grab the nettle!” Therefore this blog covers a highly disputed topic. But since the published papers and photographic evidence (including some of my own) have increased exponentially, it is high time to inform blog post readers of the facts as I see them. Aluminium has long been recognised as a neurotoxin (toxic to brain cells).

PART TWO. Geoengineering and Solar Radiation Management
Geoengineering is also called Solar Radiation Management (SRM) or weather modification. Multiple countries engage in this practice to alter, manipulate and control earth’s climate across particular regions. Cloud-seeding creates rain for crops during periods of drought. It can also be used for nefarious purposes, often under the guise of some societal good. Many believe that the geoengineering occurring now is to intentionally shield the earth from the sun, which we are being told is necessary because of ‘man-made global warming’ or ‘climate change’. Such concepts are highly contentious with seemingly credible evidence on both sides of the argument. The whole topic is shrouded in secrecy (not openly discussed in mainstream press or TV) making it ripe for ‘conspiracy theory’. In this way the truth can be constantly evaded. Meanwhile, these taxpayer-funded programs have only accelerated since the covid lockup of 2020. And for many, if it’s not on the telly, it’s not happening.
2A. Patents and Pilots
NOTE – In early patents such as the one below, they were called ‘powder contrails’. Today, contrails (which is short for condensation trails) only relate to water vapour jet exhaust. Any exhaust containing smog, chemicals or particles is now known as ‘chemtrails’, which stands for chemical trails.

He claims the operation imports transporter aircraft from the U.S. and utilizes multiple shell companies to profit from clandestine experiments in the skies.

Despite its widespread occurrence in the earth’s crust, aluminium has no known function in biology. A 2014 review was unable to find negative effects of aluminium consumed in amounts not greater than 40 mg/day per kg of body mass. Most of it leaves the body in urine or faeces. However, some passes the blood-brain barrier and is lodged in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients. As of 2018, there was no good evidence that aluminium causes Alzheimer’s. Nevertheless, in very high doses, aluminium is associated with altered function of the blood–brain barrier, allowing toxic metals to reach the brain.
Sulphur dioxide is one of the primary precursors of acid rain, which then mobilises aluminium from natural sources. The use of sulphate aerosols such as sulphur dioxide for solar radiation management has negative health effects. Long-term exposure to particulate matter such as air pollution and smog is significantly associated with higher prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease.
Testing Rainwater Samples
Sacramento samples in 3A were not collected by a ‘professional’ and therefore the collection or handling may have affected the outcomes. However, a rainfall sample is only a fraction of a downpour. So take the numbers below and multiply by annual rainfall to see the full picture. Only then do the impacts on health seem logical. As Rutherford pointed out in 1967, “aluminum is geochemically stable”… therefore, ranges from “0.4 to 1.3 ppm must be considered high.”

One particularly high reading of Aluminium 1590 ug/L was found in Milan, Mexico in 2018.
3C. Historical comparison – Ontario 1967
The following is from a paper by G.K. Rutherford (1967) entitled A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF THE COMPOSITION OF PRECIPITATION IN S.E. ONTARIO in the Canadian Journal of Earth Sciences, Volume 4, Pg 1154.
TABLE I – “Composition in ppm of rainwater collected at 14 sites between 8th Oct 1965 and 27th Dec 1965 in SE Ontario. Al ranged from 0.4 to 1.3 ppm. “As aluminum is geochemically stable, the figures for this element in Table I must be considered high for both snow and rain. The aluminum content of rainfall is similar to silica but significantly higher for snow. The figures are of the same order of magnitude as those recorded for the St. Lawrence River (Clarke 1924), for lake and river water (Rankama and Sahama 1949), and for snow (Feth et al. 1964).”
“CONCLUSIONS Preliminary investigations of rain and snow in S.E. Ontario show surprisingly high contents of dissolved cations and generally higher concentrations of some anions than previously reported. The contents of Si02 (sulphur dioxide), Al (Aluminium), and Fe (Iron) are considerably higher than have been recorded previously.”

Abstract: The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14 elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body moisture in situ after inhalation or through transdermal induction.
